Sourdough
Crackling crust, chewy crumb and that tang only a proper sourdough has. Bread for toast, soup and sandwiches, and for tearing straight from the loaf.

Cinnamon buns
Soft, spiced and rolled by hand. Best eaten warm, with a coffee, while the kitchen smells of cinnamon.

Celebration cakes
Cakes made for birthdays and big days. Tell us the occasion, how many you are feeding and the flavours you love, and we will make it ours and yours.

Oat & Ember is a small bakery, so everything is made in modest batches by people who care how it tastes. Order ahead and we will have it ready.
